About Kokunari
Kokunari is an AI implementation partner for online brands, founded in 2025 by Mick Keufer. Before Kokunari, Mick co-founded and ran Lion Commerce, a 15-person Amazon full-service agency in Germany, for 8 years. Amazon called it one of the leading Amazon agencies in Germany. Kokunari builds AI workflows for Amazon and Shopify brands doing $1–10M a year and gets their products recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
Mick Keufer
- Started in banking (wealth management, then team lead for private customers)
- Co-founded Lion Commerce in 2017 with three partners; head of visuals and content, product photography and finance
- Results: took a goalkeeper-gloves startup to Amazon best seller against Nike, Adidas and Puma; launched an own brand (a perfume dispenser) that beat established competitors within weeks
- Wound the agency down with his co-founders, because they didn't see a future for the classic agency model as Amazon and automation took over more of the work
- Now builds AI workflows with Claude Code and publishes how on YouTube (youtube.com/@mickkeufer)
